OSG requires all of our staff to possess good public relations skills with good speaking and writing skills. Everyone is required to have a valid Texas Driver’s License, Clear Criminal Record, and to be I-9 Certified and have a Texas issued security License. Military and First responder and Security experience is a plus along with other customer service-related areas. Must have a positive attitude and be energetic.

Security is a 24/7 industry with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts giving our employees the flexibility to balance work/life needs. This is important to both OSG and our Contractors.
The way our industry is designed, wages are determined by the contract requirements, the job duties performed, and the facility requirements.
OSG offers a wide range of training programs to help ensure our officers are knowledgeable leaders in the security industry. Training programs consist of mentoring, on-the-job training, one on one training, and e-learning. Yes. Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time work, we offer non-traditional shifts, flexibility, and competitive hourly wages.
Security is a 24/7 industry with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts giving our staff the flexibility to balance work/life needs. You will work with local scheduling staff and management to identify open available shifts, minimum site requirements, based on your availability.
